Erling Haaland has hit out at critics of his haircut, while the girlfriend of Man City striker and Jack Grealish posted heartfelt messages on the Norwegian’s 25th birthday.

    The Citizens striker has been in good spirits after critics criticised his long locks as he celebrated his 25th birthday.

    The Norwegian striker, who was relaxing on a yacht, was photographed relaxing with his shoulder-length hair down on the boat.

    Haaland has made a joke about his age and sent a sarcastic message to his notorious hair critic.

    “Halfway to 50! Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes,” Haaland posted.

    “Before you criticize my hair, take a moment in front of the mirror and ask yourself. Are you sure your hair really looks better than this?”

    Haaland is relaxing after the Club World Cup with his girlfriend Isabel Haugsen.

    Earlier this month, the couple were spotted in Ibiza on a yacht with Haugsen’s mother and their newborn baby in December last year.

    The couple is very private about their child and have not officially revealed the gender or name.

    Haug was among those who took to social media to message Haaland to celebrate his boyfriend’s 25th birthday. Sharing a photo of the couple dressed as Vikings with the caption: “Happy birthday to my Viking.”

    While Jack Grealish, a Man City team-mate and close friend of Haaland, was another person to celebrate the birthday.

    “Happy birthday my dear friend, one of the most amazing people.” Grealish posted, along with several hearts in the colours of Man City.

    The post shows Haaland and Grealish together as one of the Man City players who won the Premier League title together.
